Directions: Pour a small amount onto your hands and massage into your skin in upward, circular movements. For a bath, add 10ml into the bath water and relax.

Applying it when the skin is slightly damp helps to lock in an extra layer of moisture into the skin. Lightly stroke it into the skin and allow the oil in soak in.
