We take significant steps to protect all your information, and especially your payment details, using the latest technology. We take most major credit cards and Laser. All credit card information is held in secure mode, encrypted and protected behind a firewall. We will never supply your personal details to any third party for any reason whatsoever. We only pass on your delivery and contact details and never give out your credit card. We understand that the details you supply us are only to allow purchasing to take place and we will protect that information and use it only for the purpose for which it was intended. When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product up to 7 days after your order has been delivered. Please contact us on 353 (0)871491850 if you would like to return your purchase.
Note: Products should be returned in original, unopened packaging. . Please enclose the invoice or a note giving your name, address, contact phone number.Refunds will be made in accordance with your original method of payment and will be made without undue delay.
If a product is damaged or faulty please contact us on +353 (0)871491850 Mon-Fri 9:30am-6pm GMT, and we will organise a replacement or refund. Please report any breakages or damage within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please send these products back to us within 14 working days of receiving them and we will offer you an exchange or a full refund. We will also refund your postage costs for sending these items back to us.
Postage on returned goods will be borne by you, unless we were at fault.

We recommend that customers get a “proof of posting certificate” from your postal service provider when sending a package back to us. Returned parcels are your responsibility until they arrive safely with us.
Goods bought online cannot be returned to any Meadows stockist.

DELIVERY TERMS AND RATES:
We understand that the prompt delivery of your order is very important to you.
Orders that are received before 2 pm (Irish time) are dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders received after 2 pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Our Delivery charges are based on the Total Order Price as follows:
Order price under €50 – Delivery is €5.00
Order price over €50 – Delivery is Free
Orders price under €50 – delivery charge is €5.00
Order price between €50 and €100 – delivery charge is €8.50
Order price over €100 – Delivery is Free
All other EU Countries:
Orders price under €50 – delivery charge is €5.00
Order price between €50 and €100 – delivery charge is €15.00
Order price over €100 – Delivery is Free
Currently Meadows are not exporting products outside of the EU
Please expect the following delivery times for your order to reach you:
Within Ireland: 2-3 days, Outside Ireland: 5 to 10 days
If you have not received your parcel in this time, please check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. Should they not have your parcel, please contact us on +353 (0) 871491850, Mon-Fri 9:30am-6pm GMT.
For Britain and the EU, shipping costs shown on your order do not include any duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by governments outside Ireland. These costs may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within the control of Meadows. Please note that the value of your order(s) will be listed on the outside of your package for customs purposes.
At Meadows, we take the utmost care in packaging our products, particularly those which by nature are fragile or delicate. However should such an item be damaged upon receipt we will be responsible for the costs to refund or replace the damaged item only. Please contact us immediately if your package and its contents has been damaged in transit.
It is important to us that the customer is always happy with both our goods and our service. We respond to any complaints as soon as possible. Meadows keeps the consumer informed throughout the complaints process.
These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the services provided by this site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
